Our next meeting will be on Thursday, September 5, 2019 at the Hernico Western Government Center.  We will be considering several important matters, including our Revised 2019 Budget.  The Executive Committee has reviewed it and has approved it.

It is very important that we have good attendance at this meeting so that we can do this important work of our Committee.

It is also important to attend so that you do not risk losing your membership.  Under Article VII(D) of the State Party Plan, “[a] member of an Official Committee other than an ex-officio member automatically loses his [or her] committee position if he [or she] is absent three (3) consecutive meetings without representation by a person holding a proxy.”

If you cannot attend, please send someone in your place with a properly completed and signed proxy form.  There is a proxy form here.  Please remember that a member cannot vote the proxy of another member.  That means having a member carry your proxy will not work.  You would have to send a non-member with your proxy form.
